As an Area Sales Manager, you'll be involved in customer facing and winning deals for Reservoir Technical Services team. You will be responsible for activities and processes that help the RTS sales organization achieve the OFSE business objectives. As a Area Sales Manager - Reservoir Technical Services, you will be responsible for: Acting as RTS area focal point, and developing technical and commercial business relationships with clients from an early engagement stage to award. Taking Accountability for delivering RTS direct revenue targets for Kuwait and developing a strong sales pipeline. The candidate will drive the full cycle in Salesforce (Deal machine) process. Identifying main customer oil and gas field development challenges and focus on driving Oilfield Services and Equipment (OFSE) solutions tethered to subsurface proof of concept/solution consultancy. Being accountable for RTS direct revenue opportunities with pullthrough for core OFS businesses, ensuring that consultancy opportunities are focused on driving strategic projects for OFSE Leading client meetings, and demonstrating RTS reservoir subsurface consulting capabilities and value. Providing adequate technical and commercial due diligence support for OFSE tenders and proposals. Leading RTS tender's activities by preparing technical and commercial proposals Recognizing customer challenges, propose and recommend solutions that contain RTS's advisory services, higher value generating solutions, including cross-product line collaboration, for both the customer and Baker Hughes Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Demonstrating compliance to company policies, for the entire team, including HSE compliance.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's Degree in Geosciences or Petroleum Engineering with a minimum of 15+ years experience in Oil & Gas Subsurface business. Have strong experience in the oil and gas subsurface consulting business or with operator subsurface division, as well as demonstrate a broad understanding of Oilfield Services and Equipment Have experience in sales & commercial processes and demonstrate understanding in different operator/service company commercial engagements. Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills. Be able to work in diverse teams and bridge gaps in understanding amongst team members of different technical disciplines.
