Responsible for driving effective sales plans for the achievement of sales objectives
Identifying and acquiring new customers
Building a strong pipeline and ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning
Implementing price and promotion strategies
Improving efficiency and driving continuous improvements within the assigned team
Ensuring the execution of KPIs
Developing strong working relationship with distributors within Oman
Engaging in product demonstration and clinical evaluation
Maintaining product knowledge
Preparing and reviewing the annual budget for the area of responsibility
Providing leadership on hiring and employee retention
Preparing regular reports and participating in regular meetings to review performance
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Must hold a degree in “Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or medical related field
Postgraduate in Business Administration would be a plus
Leadership experience
Experienced in sales planning, trend analysis, distributor operations management and market development
Minimum 10 years of working experience in a sales/business development/key account management role
Experience working with distributors
Experience in products registration
Good computer skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
