Key Responsibilities



Conducting inspections of equipment

to ensure that all safety standards are met Maintaining safety standards on the job site, including taking measures to prevent accidents and injuries

Ensuring that all heavy equipment is in good working order and has been properly maintained

Scheduling repairs or modifications to equipment to ensure proper functioning

Training employees on proper operation and safe use of equipment Delegating work assignments based on an employee's skills and experience level

Focus on buying opportunities at a reasonable price from local / international suppliers, auction markets /

companies that are about to schedule to shut down.

Market the products with local / middle eastern businesses.

Communicate with Finance leaders on fund requirements.

Manage / revise the budget on a timely manner for the equipment business. Monitor the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment Prepare reports on the status of heavy equipment and submit to upper management Plan and coordinate the disposal of surplus or damaged heavy equipment Perform other duties as assigned Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. Determine client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, sale deeds, closing statements, etc.)

Required Education / Skills / Experience:



Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field

5+ years' experience in managing a business of heavy equipment.

Multitasking ability. Basic computer skills. Proven track record of successful trade and portfolios. Responsible for overall growth and business success. Must be able to close bigger business opportunities. Strong understanding of financial analysis and budgeting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Effective in negotiation and analytical skills. A person with can-do-attitude.

Up to AED 20K /month + car + fuel reimbursement
