Job Summary
We are currently seeking an Area Sales Manager who will report to the Retail Operations Manager.
The Area Sales Manager will ensure the delivery of exceptional operational, commercial and customer Service standards in the assigned Area and drive sales through the performance and development of Managers and the Sales Team.
Your Key Accountabilities Would Include
- Develop strategies for the assigned location and collaboration with Managers
- Lead the Managers to drive and maximize sales performance to consistently achieve the overall sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring monthly profitably.
- Consolidate & analyze sales reports on monthly basis, liaise with the Retail Manager to maximize stock potential and devises action plans with corrective measures
- Create and maintain a positive and professional team environment that fosters trust, integrity and superior performance standards, leading by example
- Build strong relationship with Mall Management and represent the company in strategic meetings
Strong communicator, negotiator, good commercial acumen, people person and love for luxury retail: these are some of the specifications the right candidate would possess.
Candidates with at least 8 years in the retail luxury industry with a minimum of 4 years as leading a portfolio of stores is essential to be qualified for the role.
