Support the sales organization by developing and providing processes, methodologies and tools.




Manage at region or country level the sales sub-function development and support the sales organization by developing and providing processes, methodologies and tools.




8 years relevant experience - focused on sales analysis and reporting and includes:


Selecting, managing, and training sales staff on sales related systems, databases, and associated processes Order processing and customer support including advising customers of product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc Organizing sales seminars and workshops for customers Managing inventory of sales literature and brochures Conducting competitor research and maintaining a library of competitor information Preparing reports related to customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, delivery/service problems, reasons for product returnns, etc.
The responsibility of Area Sales Manager is to maintains and expand market share in Gutor UPS core business, Oil & Gas and other segments like Power generation, MMM, Water, Transportation and Utility in his geographical areas.


The ASM is responsible for deploying Gutor global strategy in their respective area, developing and executing action plans with structured and planned sales activities toward sustainable and profitable orders intake and sales of Gutor offer based on the established and new business models and go-to-market approaches.


The ASM is responsible for assessing existing market potential and defining new opportunities and markets for growing Gutor business.


The ASM is to secure Gutor succeeding as the Team based on whole customer experience from marketing and sales activity through tendering, project execution and after- sales service and customer support.



KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



o To maintain and grow share in GUTOR's core business via establishing long-term relations with the targeted end users, partners and EPC in the countries included into the area.


o Meeting with customers engineering and technical teams to communicate and promote Gutor value proposition within customers decision makers responsible for technical requirements and compliance, assets` total cost of ownership and sustainability aspects.


o Preparing technical and commercial quotations for the FEED project after the Satellite access & training given to partners.


o Win the targeted projects in accordance with Gutor support .


o To build effective and regular coordination and collaboration with Gutor regional & factory team.


o To share own knowledge, experience and best practice within the Sales Team, with other Regional Sales Teams and other Gutor Teams to transfer knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.


o Consistently searching for feedback on Gutor performance from existing customers - end users and EPC contractors and sharing this information with colleagues internally for celebrating Gutor Team success and developing improvement actions if necessary.


o Attentively follow market trend and key competition movements to anticipate and adjust sales tactics to increase Gutor market share and protect existing installed base and long-term partnership with customers.


o Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual orders target achievement in accordance with the annual orders target provided for the area.


o Drive new business opportunities, comprehend the individual local markets, develop an appropriate strategy/business plan for their area
