Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Experience
3-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial role ( Should have an experience letter from a well-known perfume industry.)
Experience in the relevant industry (Perfume)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Data analysis and sales forecasting

4.
Responsibilities (What the role usually involves)
Managing and motivating a team of sales representatives in a specific geographic area
Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets
Monitoring team performance and reporting to regional/national sales head
Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and distributors
Conducting market research and competitor analysis
Ensuring timely reporting and documentation

Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area
Valid driver's license (if travel is involved)
Local market knowledge is often preferred

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
