Work closely with operation teams & local teams to follow up the orders
Prepare sales forecasts, sales reports, sales budgets and sales quarterly budget revisions for every markets in close collaboration with the Finance departments
In close relationship with Brand Managers and Retailers, monitor the sales, the orders and the stocks
Ensure profitability of the distribution by regularly monitoring the performance of the POS
Work closely with the Brand Managers in each market to put in place the brand's strategy and growth plan
In close relationship with Brand managers animate and develop the sales force (Beauty advisors teams, supervisors)
Participate in the management of a relevant distribution network
Ensure commercial negotiation with the Commercial Manager.
Evaluate the distribution network in term of profitability and image
Work closely with Architecture and retailers teams to enhance the distribution
Sales Force
70% of the time to be spend on the field with the brand managers and sales force teams
Participate to sales staff recruitment & development: supervisors, executives, team leaders and counter managers
Ensure performance and development of the Beauty Advisors working closely with Brand Managers and Training Department
Follow up staff expenses
You have a post graduated degree ( Business School, University degree ) and an experience of 5 years minimum within Distribution network ideally in the middle east. You have a strong knowledge of the F&B industry with luxury/selective distribution sensitivity consistent with the brand. Your strong interpersonal, negotiation and organization skills will be a real asset to succeed in this position. English is a must, Arabic and/or French would be an advantage.
