Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Area Manager
to oversee multiple fast-food outlets inDjibouti
. The ideal candidate will have a background infast-food operations
, preferably withAmerican brands
like Pizza Hut or Subway.Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of multiple outlets Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures Monitor sales and implement strategies to achieve targets Lead, mentor, and motivate outlet managers and staff Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams Maintain health, safety, and quality standards Prepare operational reports for senior management
Requirements:
Male applicant Proven experience in fast-food operations (American brands preferred) Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
