Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Conduct in-home or virtual surveys to assess move requirements.
Develop and manage move plans, timelines, and schedules.
Coordinate with packing crews, transport teams, and third-party vendors.
Ensure all documentation (e.g. customs forms, insurance, contracts) is complete and compliant with UAE regulations.
Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the move process.
Build strong relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Monitor the entire move process to ensure quality and timelines are met.
Resolve any customer issues or complaints quickly and professionally.
Conduct post-move follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
