:
- Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications for site implementation.
- Coordinate between technical office and site teams to ensure clarity and accuracy of drawings.
- Supervise on-site architectural works, finishes, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare and revise shop drawings and as-built drawings as per site conditions.
- Ensure alignment of on-site work with approved architectural documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to architecture during construction.
- Communicate with consultants and project managers regarding design clarifications.
- Assist in material submittals and architectural inspection requests.
- Monitor progress and prepare reports on architectural activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- 5 -10 years of experience in architectural technical office and site roles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of finishing works and architectural detailing.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local building codes and construction standards.
