Job Description

:

  • Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications for site implementation.
  • Coordinate between technical office and site teams to ensure clarity and accuracy of drawings.
  • Supervise on-site architectural works, finishes, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Prepare and revise shop drawings and as-built drawings as per site conditions.
  • Ensure alignment of on-site work with approved architectural documentation.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to architecture during construction.
  • Communicate with consultants and project managers regarding design clarifications.
  • Assist in material submittals and architectural inspection requests.
  • Monitor progress and prepare reports on architectural activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 5 -10 years of experience in architectural technical office and site roles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of finishing works and architectural detailing.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and construction standards.
