We are looking for an experienced Architecture Metal Supervisor to oversee the fabrication, installation, and quality of architectural metal works in building and construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all metal works meet design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the fabrication and installation of architectural metal elements (e.g., aluminum, stainless steel, metal cladding, railings, facades).
Read, interpret, and verify architectural drawings, blueprints, and shop drawings.
Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
Monitor and manage on-site installation teams to ensure work is completed efficiently.
Inspect finished works and conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of work progress, materials, and inspections.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, or relevant technical qualification.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural metal works supervision.
Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, installation techniques, and finishing processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and architectural specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with ISO standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with project management and coordinating multiple installations.
Knowledge of modern architectural metal materials and fabrication technologies.
Ability to train and mentor junior staff or technicians.
