Client Consultation:

Meeting with clients to discuss their design preferences, budget, and requirements for the space.

Space Planning:

Developing layout plans that enhance the flow and function of the interior space, taking into account factors like lighting, furniture placement, and accessibility.

Material Selection:

Choosing appropriate materials, finishes, and colors that align with the design concept and the client's taste.

Furniture and Decor:

Selecting and sourcing furniture, decor, and accessories that complement the overall design.

Project Management:

Overseeing the implementation of the design plan, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.

Trend Awareness:

Staying updated with the latest trends in interior design, including new materials, technologies, and sustainable practices.

Technical Skills:

Utilizing design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit, 3DMax) to create detailed drawings and 3D models to present to clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture. 3-5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on fit-out projects. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and other relevant design software. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and client-relations skills. Proficiency in design software. Good project management and organizational abilities. Valid Qatar ID is required.
