We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled

Architecture Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and supervising architectural works to ensure high-quality execution, compliance with standards, and alignment with the project vision.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs, drawings, and detailed plans Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and samples Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is executed according to design Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related issues on-site Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications Prepare progress reports and documentation Assist in project planning, design revisions, and value engineering Participate in design meetings and support project management with updates

Requirements

Asian Nationality Preffered Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering Minimum

5 Years

experience in architectural design and site supervision (UAE experience preferred) Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and technical standards Excellent creativity combined with strong technical and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Strong communication and coordination abilities Valid UAE driving license (advantage)
