We are looking for an experienced Architecture Draftsman to join our projects team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and modifying detailed Architecture drawings for construction projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance with design specifications, and coordination with project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed Architecture drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and layouts.
Review and modify existing drawings based on design changes or site requirements.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
Maintain and organize drawing documentation and revisions.
Ensure drawings comply with local codes, standards, and client requirements.
Support the project team with technical input during construction and design phases.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Architecture drafting, preferably in the UAE.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other civil/structural design software.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering drawings, construction methods, and materials.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills for coordination with engineers and site teams.
