Architectural/interior Design Site Inspector

Job Description
Conduct regular
site inspections
to monitor work progress and ensure alignment with approved architectural and ID plans. Review and interpret architectural and interior designdrawings, shop drawings, and material submittals
to verify accuracy and feasibility. Ensure all site activities comply with local regulations, project standards, and health and safety requirements. Identify and reportnon-conformities
, quality issues, or design deviations, and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate closely witharchitects, consultants, contractors, and other inspectors
to address on-site challenges. Verify installation of architectural finishes (e.g., partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, wall cladding, and FF&E) meets design intent and specifications. Document and prepareinspection reports, punch lists, and daily/weekly site logs
. Attend site meetings and assist in preparingprogress reports
. Follow up onsnagging, de-snagging
, and final handover procedures.Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of site inspection experience
in architectural and/or ID finishing works. Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction drawings, and technical specifications. Familiarity with local building codes and construction practices. Proficiency inAutoCAD, MS Office
, and ability to review drawings in PDF or BIM formats. Excellent observation, communication, and report-writing skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From QAR7,000.00 per month
