Architectural Technical / Design Manager
Job Description
Lead design reviews, technical drawings (GFC, IFDC), specifications, and coordination with consultants and contractors.
Ensure compliance with local building codes/regulations, authority approvals (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Civil Defence, etc.).
Coordinate with structural and MEP disciplines to ensure integration (clash avoidance, buildability).
Oversee value?engineering opportunities, material selections, design evolution.
Manage internal architectural/technical team and external design consultants.
Bachelor's (or Master's) in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
10?15+ years' experience in UAE/GCC region, with at least 3-5 years in a senior/managerial role.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM workflows.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and authority processes.
Excellent communication, leadership and coordination skills.
