Key Responsibilities:

Create photorealistic 3D renderings of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Collaborate with developers and real estate professionals to accurately interpret plans and specifications.
Produce both exterior and interior renderings, ensuring that all textures, lighting, and materials reflect real-world conditions.
Work closely with the design team to deliver visual assets that meet project timelines.
Utilize 3D rendering software provided by Houzz Pro.
Ensure that all renderings align with brand guidelines and project goals.
Make adjustments to renderings based on feedback from clients and stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends, new software, and rendering techniques.

Requirements:

2 to 3 years of Proven experience in property rendering or architectural visualization.
Proficiency in 3D rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
Strong knowledge of lighting, shading, texture mapping, and rendering techniques.
Familiarity with Photoshop or other graphic design software for post-production work.
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and design sketches.
High attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Portfolio demonstrating previous work in property rendering or architectural visualization.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or certification in architecture, interior design, graphic design, or a related field.
Experience working with real estate developers, architects, or marketing agencies.
Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) rendering technologies.
