Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Revit Specialist to develop and deliver LOD 500 As-Built BIM models for our construction and landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating accurate, field-verified Revit models and integrating them with asset and facility management systems.

Develop LOD 500 Revit models representing actual constructed conditions with verified field data. Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, and project managers to ensure accuracy of as-built data. Incorporate detailed information such as manufacturer, model numbers, serial numbers, and maintenance data into BIM models. Maintain and update Revit families to align with as-built conditions and specifications. Generate shop drawings, schedules, and asset data directly from the BIM model. Collaborate with MEP, Structural, Architectural, and Landscaping teams to ensure model accuracy. Integrate BIM models with facility management (FM) systems for lifecycle use. Perform quality checks and clash detection to validate accuracy of the model. Support handover process by providing clients with as-built BIM deliverables, COBie data, and asset information. Stay updated with latest BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192) and best practices.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Expert in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP) Strong knowledge of LOD standards (100-500) Experience in as-built modeling and field verification Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Dynamo Understanding of facility management integration (COBie, CAFM, IWMS systems) Strong coordination and communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or related field 5-8 years of experience in BIM/Revit modeling, with at least 2+ years in LOD 500 projects Experience in construction, landscaping, or MEP industries preferred Knowledge of international BIM standards and protocols KPI (Key Performance Indicators): Accuracy of as-built Revit models vs. site conditions Timely delivery of LOD 500 models and documentation Reduction of clashes/errors in handover stage Successful integration with facility management systems Client satisfaction with BIM deliverables
