Architectural Project Manager
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
- Manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring time, quality and budget targets are met.
- Act as the key point of contact between client, consultants and contractors.
- Plan project timelines, deliverables and resource allocation.
- Monitor design and construction progress, resolve technical and coordination issues.
- Prepare reports, documentation and project status updates for stakeholders.
- Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Substantial experience managing architectural or multi-disciplinary building projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and construction processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
- GCC / UAE project experience is an advantage.
