We are a dynamic real estate company seeking a talented and detail-oriented
Architectural & Interior Designer
to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent inTagalog
, with a strong background in architecture and interior design, especially in residential and commercial real estate projects.Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop
interior and architectural layouts
for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. Createconcepts, 2D drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards
using industry-standard software. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure design requirements are met. Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with project goals and brand standards. Supervise site implementation, provide design-related guidance, and ensure work meets quality expectations. Revise and adjust designs based on feedback, project changes, or regulatory requirements. Stay up to date with current trends, materials, and industry best practices.Requirements:
Must be
fluent in Tagalog
(written and spoken). Degree inArchitecture
orInterior Design
. Minimum2-5 years of relevant experience
, preferably in real estate or property development. Proficient in software such asAutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
. Strong eye for detail, color, materials, and spatial planning. Excellent time management, communication, and project coordination skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Job Type: Full-time
