Job Description

We are currently seeking a

highly experienced Architectural Inspector

to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented professional with at least

10 years of experience in architectural inspection

and a strong track record working on

luxury hotel or large-scale hospitality developments

. The ideal candidate must have

strong knowledge of local building codes, international standards, and construction regulations

.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily site inspections to ensure all architectural works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and regulatory standards. Monitor construction quality and finishes, ensuring materials and workmanship meet the highest standards. Identify non-conformances and issue reports (NCRs) with follow-up on corrective actions. Coordinate with contractors and project managers to resolve site-related issues effectively and in a timely manner. Provide technical support during construction and participate in site meetings, progress reviews, and handover procedures. Prepare accurate inspection documentation, progress updates, and quality control reports. Ensure compliance with project timelines, health and safety regulations, and local authority requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture Minimum

10 years of experience

in architectural inspection, with significant involvement in

hospitality or hotel projects

.

Thorough knowledge of UAE building codes

, international codes, and local authority requirements (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DDA, ADM). Strong technical understanding of architectural details, materials, and site execution practices. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Previous UAE or GCC experience is highly desirable
