: Architectural Inspector (Fit-Out Industry)

The Architectural Inspector in the fit-out industry is responsible for ensuring that all interior construction and finishing works comply with design specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. This role involves conducting site inspections, monitoring workmanship, and verifying materials to maintain high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with approved architectural drawings, project specifications, and industry best practices.

Verify accuracy of dimensions, alignments, and finishes, ensuring precision in installation and construction details.

Ensure that materials and finishes meet approved specifications, submittals, and samples.

Identify and document non-conformities and coordinate with contractors for corrective actions.

Verify adherence to the company's QA/QC policies, particularly precision installation, craftsmanship, and material usage.

Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and progress documentation.

Maintain a snagging and de-snagging list, ensuring that all issues are resolved before project handover.

Provide detailed photographic records and reports for client and management reviews.

Collaborate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors to resolve quality issues in real-time.

Qualification & Skills:

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Bachelors in Interior Design or B.Sc Interior Design.

5+ years of experience in fit-out, preferably in high-end projects.

Experience working with luxury and ultra-luxury fit-outs is a plus.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of fit-out construction techniques, materials, Finishing and detailing.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 and sustainability requirements is a plus.

Soft Skill

High attention to detail and precision.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Effective communication and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

* Fit-out: 5 years (Preferred)
