inDoha, Qatar
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field. Minimum 5-6 years of experience in architectural inspection for building projects. Strong knowledge of architectural materials, finishes, and construction methods. Familiar with local building codes and international standards. Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect architectural works including finishes, facades, partitions, ceilings, doors, and windows. Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Review architectural shop drawings and material submittals. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other disciplines on site. Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions. Monitor progress and prepare inspection reports. Ensure compliance with safety and quality control procedures.
