Architectural Inspector (Consultancy Background)
Job Overview:
The Architectural Inspector is responsible for the meticulous on-ground quality control of all architectural works on the high-rise project (G+20), focusing on workmanship, materials, and compliance with detailed drawings.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily inspections of blockwork, plastering, tiling, false ceiling, joinery, painting, waterproofing, and facade installation.
Verify dimensions, levels, and alignment of all architectural elements.
Inspect and approve samples of finishes and materials on site.
Prepare detailed snag lists and follow up on rectification.
Ensure workmanship meets the specified quality standards and tolerance levels.
Monitor the contractor's adherence to approved mock-ups and benchmarks.
Report to the Senior Site Architect on progress, quality issues, and safety concerns.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Architectural Inspector with a consultancy.
Solid experience in high-rise building construction (G+20) with a focus on interior and exterior finishes.
Keen eye for detail and deep knowledge of finishing techniques and defects.
