JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Architectural/Structural Design Engineer

to join our team in delivering high-quality, cost-effective design solutions for

modular technical buildings

in the

Oil & Gas industry

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural and structural design, particularly in modular construction, and be capable of coordinating with multiple disciplines to produce clash-free, buildable solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

,

Mechanical Engineering

,

Architecture

, or an equivalent discipline.

Minimum Experience:

Minimum

5 years

of post-qualification experience in

Architectural and Structural design

for

modular technical buildings

in the

Oil & Gas

sector.

Job-Specific Skills:

Hands-on experience in the

Modular Building industry

(Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, etc.). Strong understanding of

design optimization

techniques. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

and

3D modeling software

is preferred.

Generic Skills:

Excellent

interpersonal

and

problem-solving

abilities. Proficient in

MS Office

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong

attention to detail

and organizational skills. Good

communication

and

team collaboration

capabilities.

Knowledge Requirements:

Solid understanding of both

Architectural

and

Structural

engineering principles. Familiarity with

industry standards

such as

BS

,

EN

,

NFPA

, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Propose

cost-effective

design solutions aligned with client and project requirements. Develop and deliver

Architectural and Structural drawings

(layouts, equipment placement, etc.) as per project timelines. Prepare

Material Take-Offs (MTOs)

based on drawing details. Ensure

clash-free design

by coordinating with other engineering disciplines. Incorporate client feedback and

revise drawings

accordingly. Participate in

3D model reviews

and ensure coordination across disciplines. Support the

construction team

by explaining design intent and assisting on-site when needed. Attend

daily/weekly project meetings

as required. Perform any other responsibilities assigned as per project or departmental needs.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
