We are looking for a talented and motivated Architectural Engineer to join our team at

Al Ru'ya Al Mutakmela Engineering Consultancy

.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural designs, coordinating with engineering teams, and supervising site work to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed architectural drawings using Revit software. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams during all project stages. Supervise construction works to ensure adherence to approved designs and specifications. Ensure compliance with Sharjah Municipality regulations and approval procedures. Attend site meetings and provide technical support and solutions as needed. Prepare project documentation and reports for submission and approvals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture. 2 to 3 years of experience in architectural design and supervision. Proficiency in Revit software (mandatory). Proficiency in engineering and structural analysis programs including: ETABS SAFE Prokon STAAD Pro SAP Experience with mid-rise buildings (Ground + 12 Floors preferred). Strong understanding of Sharjah Municipality codes and approval workflows (preferred). Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
