About the Company:

A leading engineering consultancy firm based in the Emirate of Sharjah, specializing in the design and preparation of detailed plans for governmental approval of buildings (ground + 4 floors) and luxury villas. We deliver innovative solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed architectural drawings for residential buildings (ground + 4 floors) and villas in compliance with Sharjah government authorities' requirements. Manage and follow up on approvals and permits from official entities (Sharjah Municipality, Urban Planning Department, Civil Defense, etc.). Review technical requirements and client briefs to integrate their needs and ideas into the designs. Oversee drawing quality, ensuring compliance with local and international architectural codes and standards.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience preparing detailed plans and securing government approvals in the Emirate of Sharjah. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit. Solid knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations. Excellent communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
