Job Description

1. Design & Engineering Coordination

Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and details. Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and civil disciplines. Ensure constructability and alignment between design intent and site execution.
2. Technical Review & Compliance

Review drawings and specifications for compliance with local and international codes. Ensure adherence to project standards, client requirements, and regulatory approvals. Support authority submissions and respond to technical comments.
3. Construction Support

Provide technical support during construction and address design-related issues. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality compliance.
4. Coordination & Communication

Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients. Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and technical workshops. Support value engineering and design optimization initiatives.
5. Quality, Safety & Documentation

Ensure architectural works meet quality standards and project specifications. Support HSE requirements related to architectural and finishing works. Maintain proper documentation, drawings, and revision control.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction or engineering consultancy. Strong experience in building projects (commercial, residential, industrial).
Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and building materials. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software. Good understanding of construction methods and site coordination. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Certifications (Preferred)

Professional Engineer (PE) / Chartered Engineer (CE) or equivalent. LEED or sustainability-related certification is an advantage.
Work Environment

Office-based with regular site visits. May require coordination across multiple project locations.

Timely delivery of drawings and technical inputs. Effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
