We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Architectural Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of building projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with UAE regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and design documents. Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors throughout all project stages. Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and client requirements. Review structural, electrical, and mechanical designs to ensure architectural consistency. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, assess quality, and resolve design-related issues. Assist in preparing material specifications and BOQs. Use design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Support value engineering initiatives and provide design alternatives when needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Architectural Engineering

or related field. Minimum 3

-4years of experience

in architectural design or construction (UAE experience preferred). Proficiency in

AutoCAD

Revit

,

SketchUp

, and

MS Office

. Strong understanding of UAE building codes and standards. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
