Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Architectural Engineer

with strong knowledge of UAE authority approval procedures. The ideal candidate must hold a valid

SOE card

and

Dubai Municipality (DM) certification

, with proven experience in handling drawings, submissions, and approvals (DM, DDA, Trakhees, Civil Defense, DEWA, etc.).

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review architectural drawings and documents. Handle all authority submissions, permits, and approvals. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Architecture / Architectural Engineering. Valid SOE card & DM approval. 6+ years UAE experience in design and authority coordination. Proficient in AutoCAD / Revit.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
