We are looking for an experienced
Architectural Engineer
to join our team for ournew projects (fit-out and finishing)
based inEthiopia (Africa).

Ethiopia (Africa)
Project duration: 14 to 18 Months
Mobilization:
Within 20-30 daysRelocation:
Candidate must be willing to relocate to EthiopiaKey Requirements
Experience:
Minimum8 -15 years
inarchitectural design, detailing, and coordination
ofluxurious high-value villa projects
, residential, and commercial developments -- preferably inGCC or international markets
.Expertise:
Proven experience inconcept and detailed design development
,finishing works
, andmaterial selection,
ensuring high-end quality and design intent.Project Coordination:
Strong capability to coordinate withcivil, structural, MEP, and interior teams
, consultants, and subcontractors to achieve design precision and timely execution.Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge ofarchitectural standards, finishing materials, joinery, and fit-out works
.Software Proficiency:
Excellent command ofAutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office
.Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / B.Tech / BE)
from a recognized university.Design Supervision:
Ability to conduct on-site inspections and ensure the implementation of approved drawings and specifications.Skills:
Excellent leadership, design coordination, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.Availability:
Immediate joiners preferred (maximum notice period: 20-30 days).Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
