Position: ArchitecturalEngineer
\xc2\xa7 Design heating, plumbing, lighting, and ventilation systems to beeffective and safe
\xc2\xa7 Analyze building plans and blueprints to ensure they are accurate andfeasible
\xc2\xa7 Direct and supervise building contractors to ensure compliance with setstandards and specifications
\xc2\xa7 Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to designand implement an efficient system of operation
\xc2\xa7 Carry out cost estimates of construction materials to determine aproject budget
\xc2\xa7 Oversee the procurement of select materials and component for aconstruction project
\xc2\xa7 Ensure building operations are in compliance with government housinglaws and building codes
\xc2\xa7 Sketch and design building plans by hand drafting or with the aid of CADprograms
\xc2\xa7 Oversee the installation of electrical, structural and fire protectionsystems to ensure a safe and efficient setup
\xc2\xa7 Nationality: Native Arabic
\xc2\xa7 Salary AED7000-10000 (based on the experience)
\xc2\xa7 Job location:Sharjah
