Job Description
Title:Lead Architectural Engineer
Master planning of buildings for large industrial facilities, including administration buildings, gatehouse buildings, control room buildings, mosques, laboratory buildings, workshop, training buildings, messing and amenities buildings and emergency response buildings
Design of 'Statement Buildings' with contemporary architectural external & finishes used in class A buildings in UAE, specifically to reflect and enhance owner's prestige
Knowledge and experience of preparing architectural building specification
Knowledge and experience of architectural design software, particularly for external and internal 3D perspective presentation,Building Services conceptual designs (HVAC, MEP, Fire & Safety, IT, etc.)
External hard & soft landscaping
Good knowledge of Buildings Standard Methods of Quantity Surveying, to support cost estimating Preparation of design and build enquiry documentation and the bidding/evaluation process
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in the relevant field of Engineering. 15 + years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas Industry PMC experience is a MUST The candidate must have FEED and LNG Project experience
