We are seeking a qualified Architectural Engineer with 5+ years of proven experience in the construction industry, specializing in fit-out and exhibition projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at bridging design and execution to deliver innovative, high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and coordinate architectural, supplier, and shop drawings.
Support material take-offs and verify quantities.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants on design clarifications and technical submittals.
Prepare and review method statements, ITPs, and QA/QC documents.
Maintain drawing logs, submittal records, and project documentation.
Liaise with the site team to ensure accurate and updated drawings during execution.
Prepare technical reports and assist management with project documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
Minimum 5 years' experience in fit-out, interior, construction or exhibition projects.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, and coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
