Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified

Architectural Engineer

with a strong background in construction to join our team. The role involves overseeing the architectural aspects of construction projects, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately on site, and coordinating between design and execution teams to deliver high-quality projects in compliance with UAE codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs for execution. Supervise and monitor architectural works on site, ensuring compliance with approved designs and project requirements. Coordinate with civil engineers, structural engineers, MEP teams, and subcontractors to resolve design and site-related issues. Ensure that finishing works (interiors, facade, joinery, etc.) meet quality standards and project specifications. Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to architectural design, materials, and workmanship. Provide technical support and propose design adjustments or practical solutions when necessary. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, municipality requirements, and international standards. Assist in preparing shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for architectural works. Monitor progress of architectural works and prepare regular site reports. Maintain communication with consultants and clients to ensure design intent is achieved.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Architectural Engineering

or Architecture. Minimum

4-7 years of experience

in architectural engineering, with proven experience in construction projects ( commercial & high-rise). Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, municipality regulations, and authority approval processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design/visualization software. Experience in site supervision and architectural detailing. Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills. Strong communication skills for dealing with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and clients.
