across residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects.We are now seeking a
talented and detail-oriented Architectural Engineer
to join our growing design team.Key Responsibilities:
Develop
architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed working drawings
that align with project goals and client expectations. Ensure all designs comply withUAE building codes, local authority regulations
, and international best practices. Collaborate closely withstructural, MEP, and interior design teams
to deliver fully coordinated, high-quality design solutions. Review and approveshop drawings, material submittals, and construction modifications
to maintain design integrity. Lead and participate inclient meetings, design coordination sessions, and technical workshops
with authorities and stakeholders. Providetechnical mentorship
to junior architects and draftsmen to support their professional growth.Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree inArchitecture or Civil Engineering
.Experience:
Minimum5-8 years of proven experience
in architectural design within the UAE, preferably withconsultancy background
and experience inhigh-rise or mixed-use projects (G+10 or above)
.Software Skills:
Strong proficiency inAutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop
, and other design and visualization tools.Knowledge:
Excellent understanding ofUAE building codes
,Ajman Municipality procedures
, andinternational design standards
.Advantage:
Membership in theUAE Society of Engineers
or equivalent professional certification.Languages:
Fluency inEnglish
; Arabic is an advantage.Job Type: Full-time

Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
