Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop architectural plans for various projects.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers throughout all project phases.
Prepare detailed drawings and specifications.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineer or related field.
Minimum5 years of experience in architectural design and engineering under
Fit-out, Carpentry & Joinery works.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
Strong knowledge of building codes and construction standards.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
