Job Description

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architectural Engineering . 8 - 10 years of experience in Building Construction and Contracting. Strong background in high-rise building projects, with proven experience from design stage to handover. Experience with design coordination, construction detailing, authority approvals, and value engineering. Excellent knowledge of structural systems, MEP integration, facade systems, and core building services. Ability to review, interpret, and coordinate design drawings across all disciplines. Familiarity with local and international building codes Knowledge of fire and life safety, acoustics, wind load, and seismic considerations in tall buildings. Proficient in preparing and reviewing technical documents: Method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, technical compliance reviews Familiarity with BIM coordination, 3D clash detection, and document control systems. Lead technical coordination between design, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams. Review and approve technical submissions to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities to secure necessary approvals. Support the construction team in resolving site-level technical issues and ensuring buildability. Ensure as-built documentation and final technical handover to the client/consultant.
