Job Purpose:

To supervise and coordinate architectural works on-site, ensuring that construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards. The role requires close coordination with consultants, contractors, and other disciplines to ensure the successful and timely delivery of architectural components in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all architectural activities on-site and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to resolve site conflicts and ensure proper integration of architectural elements. Review and verify architectural shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and as-built drawings. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and adherence to project design intent. Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and technical discussions with contractors and stakeholders. Raise and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Instructions (SIs) when deviations from approved plans are identified. Ensure that architectural finishes and materials conform to approved samples and specifications. Assist in the review of contractor's progress claims related to architectural works. Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update documentation for architectural supervision. Liaise with the design team to resolve discrepancies or required design modifications.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in

construction supervision

of architectural works, preferably in

high-rise or large-scale buildings

. Strong understanding of architectural detailing, finishes, and materials. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and international standards. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural software. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
