Architect Technical Site Engineer
Full job description
Minimum 8 years of UAE experience, ideally with a contractor Engineer background.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise architectural exterior and interior finishing works, ensuring alignment with design intent and quality standards. Monitor site activities for compliance with drawings and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers regarding materials, samples, and mock-ups. Assist in resolving site conflicts and ensuring timely delivery of architectural components. Participate in handing over processes and prepare related documentation. reviewing projects' BOQs and calculating quantities. reviewing structure & MEP drawings and technical coordination between all disciplines.
Reviewing all shop drawings received from sub-contractors.
Attend meetings with consultants, contractors, suppliers & client representatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in architecture from a reputed institution. Strong design coordination and finishing supervision experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office. Familiar with finishing materials and interior detailing. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage many sites in same time.
