:

We are seeking a skilled

Architectural Engineer

with strong experience in landscape detailing and site finishes, specifically for podium-level projects (above slab). The ideal candidate will have hands-on proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, be capable of producing detailed shop drawings, and coordinate execution works at site level, ensuring high-quality finishes aligned with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and prepare detailed shop drawings for landscape and architectural elements over podium slabs using Revit and AutoCAD.

Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve any slab-related conflicts with landscape and finishing works.

Oversee site finishes including hardscape, softscape, planters, water features, tiling, and drainage systems.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure implementation is as per approved drawings and specifications.

Provide technical input and design modifications based on site conditions and project needs.

Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and project requirements.

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for material selection, sample approvals, and construction coordination.

Participate in coordination meetings with consultants, clients, and contractors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.

3-7 years of relevant experience in architectural/landscape works, with a focus on podium-level developments.

Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong knowledge of landscape detailing, including drainage, finishes, and waterproofing integration over slabs.

Familiarity with material specifications and construction techniques related to outdoor works.

Good understanding of construction drawings, site coordination, and documentation processes.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Experience working with podium garden designs, green roofs, and terrace landscaping.

Knowledge of waterproofing systems and protection layers over structural slabs.
