Job Details :

A degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field is essential for a strong foundational knowledge.
At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in architectural drafting, showcasing a robust portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD is mandatory to create and modify detailed architectural plans.
Certifications like LEED or National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) are preferred for demonstrating expertise.
Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects, with a focus on sustainable design practices being a plus.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills can enhance communication in diverse project teams.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to drafting to ensure accuracy and compliance with design standards.
Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with architects, clients, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
