Engineering Consortium is looking for an amazingly talented BIM

Operator

to join our team! In this role you will get to

perform basic to moderately difficult design/drafting assignments requiring a working knowledge of design/drafting standards, practices, and techniques. Under the general direction of a higher-level Designer/Drafter, the incumbent at this level typically takes engineering notes, specifications, rough sketches, etc., and formalizes them into working drawings. Assignments are designed to develop a practical knowledge of equipment, facilities, and systems, and their interrelationships within a particular engineering discipline.

What You'll Be Doing:

Prepare/draft new, modify/update existing drawings and layouts as per engineers, client ideas, vision and requirements.

Responsible for the production of architectural, civil, structure, MEP and other related drawings and layout.

Responsible for the proper documentation, storage and safekeeping of all drawings hard copy and soft copy.

Produce perspective drawings. Prepare graphical presentations and rendering.

Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly reports.

Develop and design project presentations.

Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Must hold a degree in Architecture Engineering from a recognized university or college.

Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience as BIM Operator for construction works with Consulting Firm on large to mega developments, Residential Buildings, Investment Villas, etc.

Excellent drafting skills and abilities with all types of drawings (architectural, M&E, Plumbing and Sanitary, Structural and Interior Design works etc.). Ability to interpret all types of drawings, layouts, etc.

Visual and computer media artist abilities.

Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in technical report writing as well as oral and written communication skills.

Professional level in using Graphic Design and video editing software is preferred.

Proficient use of advanced level Microsoft Office applications.

Must have experience in producing 2D & 3D drawings including BIM / Revit Capabilities.

Certificate in BIM Drafting (latest version) / BIM from a recognized institution.

Qualifications in other drawing software (interior design layouts), Photoshop, web-designing & perspective drawings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
