Architectural Draftsmen & Structural Draftsmen
Job Description
We are hiring for two separate positions: Architectural Draftsman (1 position) Structural Draftsman (1 position) Draftsmen will play a key role in translating design concepts into accurate technical drawings to guide site construction teams. Candidates must be currently based in the UAE. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate architectural or structural drawings as per project specifications and timelines Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and construction standards Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers for drawing revisions and approvals Produce detailed shop drawings and as-built drawings as required Support project teams during site execution stages when needed Requirement Minimum 5 years of drafting experience Expertise in Residential Buildings (mid-rise and high-rise) and Villa projects Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, standards and regulation Ability to produce detailed drawings, shop drawings and coordinate effectively with site teams and consultant Must be currently based in the UAE #J-18808-Ljbffr
