Job Description
We are hiring 5-10 year experienced Architectural and Structural Engineer to join our multidisciplinary design and construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and coordinating both architectural and structural components of projects to ensure safety, aesthetics, and functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review architectural and structural drawings Coordinate between architectural design and structural systems Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure execution accuracy Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers Prepare detailed design calculations, BOQs, and technical reports Solve on-site technical issues during construction phase
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, ETABS, or similar tools Knowledge of building codes, structural standards, and architectural design principles Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Professional license (Architect/Engineer) is a plus
