We are looking for a skilled
Architectural Draftsman / Modeler
with
5-8 years of experience in the UAE
to join our architectural team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing detailed architectural drawings and 3D models, with a strong understanding of site coordination and authority requirements.
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and detailed
architectural drawings and 3D models
using AutoCAD and Revit.
Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP teams to ensure design consistency and accuracy.
Update and modify drawings based on engineer/architect feedback and site conditions.
Prepare working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
Ensure compliance with UAE authority standards and project specifications.
Support the site and design teams by providing detailed technical drawings and clarifications when needed.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
5-8 years of
UAE experience
in an architectural drafting/modeling role (preferably with consultancy firms).
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
and
Revit
(mandatory).
Strong understanding of
architectural detailing, finishing, and site coordination
.
Familiarity with
UAE authority standards
(Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
