CAD & Revit
, ensuring compliance with design standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
architectural & structural drawings
(plans, sections, elevations).
Convert sketches, designs, and engineering data into accurate technical drawings.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site teams to align drawings with project specs.
Update drawings based on revisions and client/consultant feedback.
Maintain organized drawing records and version control.
Assist in preparing
shop drawings
for structural elements (beams, columns, slabs, etc.).
Ensure drawings meet
building codes, standards, and specifications
.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in
Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering
, or related field.
5+ years
of experience in
architectural & structural drafting
.
Proficient in AutoCAD
(Revit/SketchUp/BIM is a plus).
Strong knowledge of
construction methods & structural detailing
.
Ability to interpret
architectural & engineering plans
