About Our Client
Our client is a leading Vastu consultant and real estate professionals based in Dubai, specializing in culturally significant property selection and space planning.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for an architect or draftsman with hands-on experience in residential and commercial projects who can assist in day-to-day operations. The candidate will support the principal architect/real estate lead by conducting site visits, preparing drawings, handling coordination, and managing routine office and project-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits, take accurate measurements, and prepare CAD/Revit drawings
• Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and client proposals
• Coordinate with clients for follow-ups, quotations, and scheduling meetings
• Liaise with suppliers to procure project materials and remedies
• Manage basic in-house inventory for project-related items
• Handle office administration tasks, including invoicing and appointment scheduling
• Support social media updates and marketing efforts (preferred, not mandatory)
• Provide basic input on Vastu Shastra considerations (only awareness required, not expert-level consulting)

Requirements:
Skills & Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit for 2D & 3D drawings
• Atleast 2 Years of Experience in residential or commercial space planning
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Willingness to travel for site visits

Preferred:

• Driving license
• Familiarity with social media for basic posting and updates
• Prior experience in real estate or design office environment

• Salary: AED 3,000 per month
• Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law
