The Role

We're seeking a forward-thinking

Architect

with proven experience in

design-build project delivery

,

parametric design tools

, and

fit-out execution

. The ideal candidate will bring not only strong conceptual and technical design skills but also the mindset of a problem-solver--someone who sees construction constraints as opportunities for innovation.

You will play a lead role in shaping some of our most ambitious projects, from early sketches through to on-site execution and fabrication coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design and detail development for projects ranging from full builds to complex interior fit-outs. Apply

parametric design tools

(e.g., Rhino + Grasshopper) to test and evolve ideas quickly, always with buildability in mind. Coordinate across disciplines including in-house fabrication, MEP consultants, site teams, and external stakeholders. Deliver

design-build projects

with ownership from concept through execution, balancing design intent with time and budget. Translate client aspirations and narratives into spatial concepts, material strategies, and real-world construction solutions. Review shop drawings, mock-ups, prototypes, and assist in rapid iterations during the construction and fabrication phase. Support NOC and permit documentation with a good understanding of local codes and authority submission requirements. Mentor junior architects and collaborate across The Walls' architecture, production, and operations teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Minimum

8 years of post-graduate experience

, including

design-build

and

fit-out project delivery

. Proficient in

Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, AutoCAD

, Adobe Suite. Experience with

Enscape or Twinmotion

is a plus. Strong design sensibility with a clear understanding of construction logic, fabrication processes, and materials. On-site experience is a must--especially in coordinating with contractors, resolving site conditions, and ensuring design intent. Ability to lead client presentations, coordinate technical consultants, and run projects independently. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple fast-paced projects with overlapping timelines.
