to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating design concepts, space planning, and developing detailed drawings for interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative interior design concepts and presentations.
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D renderings.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients.
Select materials, finishes, and furniture in line with project budgets.
Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Use design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, or similar) to produce accurate and visually appealing presentations.
Support project documentation, tender submissions, and approvals from authorities.
Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and local regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and present design proposals.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes.
Experience working in multidisciplinary design teams.
